Nestled in the heart of Nederland, Tadasana Mountain Yoga offers the perfect retreat for those seeking peace, relaxation, and a deep connection to nature. Our carefully curated day retreats provide the opportunity to step away from the stresses of daily life and immerse yourself in a rejuvenating experience that nurtures both body and mind.
This winter, Angie and Diana are coming together to offer a one day retreat offering pranayama, Vinyasa yoga and Ayurveda.

Meet Your Co-Leaders: Angie Seavers and Diana Underhill
Angie and Diana bring a wealth of experience and heart-centered guidance to this retreat.
Angie is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, yoga therapist (IAYT), and heritage healing arts practitioner with over 20 years of experience. Her breath-centered, meditative style integrates Ayurveda, shamanism, and Reiki, fostering self-awareness, connection to nature, and balanced living.
Diana, a 500-hour E-RYT, discovered yoga in 2002 and opened Tadasana Mountain Yoga in 2011. Her thoughtful and playful teaching invites students to deepen their practice in a safe, supportive environment.
Together, Angie and Diana create a transformative retreat experience that blends mindfulness, movement, and healing arts, inspiring connection, renewal, and inner balance.
