This Mom + Baby class offers a welcoming and safe space for new moms and all that goes along with motherhood. It aims to help new mothers regain their core and pelvic floor strength plus build the strength, awareness and calm mind needed to thrive along with their growing babies.
Wednedays 3:30-4:30 pm with Leda
A fun and engaging class for kids kindergarten through second grade. We tell yoga stories, sing songs and play yoga games. Kids gain flexibility and strength all in a supportive, non-competitive environment.
Mondays 3:30-4:30 with Taylor
6 week session begins October 22
A fun and engaging class for kids in third-fifth grade. With fun filled yoga sequences, kids develop strength, coordination and confidence in a supportive, non-competitive environment. Class also includes breathing exercises and teaches relaxation skills.

Inner Power Yoga® 200 hr. Education is the comprehensive result of four dynamic modules joining forces: EARTH, MOON, SUN, STARS, which progressively approach the seven goals of Yoga with thorough discussion, creative exploration, and experiential learning.

Join Tadasana teachers Angie, Megan and Diana in Southern Colorado for a rejuvenating weekend of yoga, meditation and hot springs at Joyful Journey Hot Spring Spa, at the base of the Sangre de Cristo mountains in Moffat, CO.
