The primary series is the foundation of Ashtanga Yoga. It is a set of postures that build sequentially towards more advanced postures. During the course of this workshop, students will be guided through the Primary Series, with minimal detailed instruction, allowing students the opportunity to drop deeply into the meditative quality of their own breath and explore the series at their own level.
No previous experience with Ashtanga is necessary, but some previous yoga experience is highly recommended.
