You must pre-register and pay in advance to attend all Tadasana Mountain Yoga Online Shala classes through our website or the MindBody app. If you have been to Tadasana Mountain Yoga before, you should already have a MindBody account that is connected to your email address. As you register, use your email to log in. Be sure to use the email you’ve given to us previously to sign in. If you are not able to sign in, it may be because you’ve never created an online account. Please DO NOT enter your name and information again or you will create a new account that won’t be linked to any previous purchases or history. Instead, enter your email address and “Need New Password.” If this happens on accident we can help, just email us with “help to merge accounts” in the subject, at info@tadasanamountainyoga.com.

Vinyasa Flow in the Park. We are so excited to be able to see you and practice safely outdoors with you. This will be a vinyasa class adapted to practicing outside and in the new world that we inhabit together. As such,there are some strict guidelines that we will need to follow. Class will be limited to 9 students and 1 instructor in order to follow state guidelines for groups of 10 or less. Students must be spaced 6 feet apart, we will place markers in the grass as a guideline. Please respect the space of your fellow practitioners. You will need to bring your own mat, props and a full water bottle (the drinking fountain at the park is turned off). No drop-ins. You must pre-register and pre-pay for this class. If the class is full, you will be placed on a waiting list. If you cannot attend, you must cancel two hours before class time to allow your spot to open up. If you are a no-show, you will be charged $10. We kindly ask that you wear your mask anytime that you are not practicing on your mat. This class is weather dependent. Please make sure your cell phone is correct in your MINDBODY account, so we can let you know if class is cancelled. All classes will take place at Chipeta Park. **Please note the public restroom at Chipeta Park is closed.**
