Class Schedule In Studio & Livestream

Our teachers are experienced guides and most of our classes support students at all levels. You can trust us to offer you modifications and guide you through a class that is just right for your practice. To read the full class description, please click on 'View Details' .
Pre-registration is not required for most in studio classes, however, a few do sell out and registration always guarantees you a spot. For those attending LIVESTREAM, you are required to pre-register and you will receive an email with a class link 30 minutes before class begins.
Many classes are offered both in-person and virtual, please take note of which class you are registering for. Please note that you can only sign up and pay for livestream classes via the website and not through our app.
