At Tadasana Mountain Yoga we welcome those just beginning a yoga practice. We offer a free 30 minute consultation to help you find the right classes for your practice and go over some basic postures.
We encourage you to try different classes and different teachers. While you may feel challenged in the beginning, with consistency, you will be amazed at how quickly you gain strength and flexibility. Additionally, awareness of breath and breathing techniques through meditation will bring calm and relaxation to your daily life.

Pre-registration is no longer required but is encouraged to guarantee a spot as class is limited to 12 students. Masks are still a requirement (it's not that bad...we promise!)
