Kids Yoga: Exploring yoga postures, breath & meditation

Yoga for kids encourages self esteem and body awareness in a safe and noncompetitive environment. Yoga also helps children learn techniques for relaxation and stress management. Our classes explore a variety of postures and may include games, art projects, stories and music. We look forward to sharing the joys and benefits of yoga with your children!

Kids Yoga: Little Yogis (K-2nd grade) with Leda Swann
6 week series begins October 11th// Tuesdays 3:30-4:15pm.
$60 plus $15 materials/snack fee. Limited to 10 students

A fun and engaging class for kids kindergarten through second grade. We tell yoga stories, sing songs and play yoga games. Kids gain flexibility and strength all in a supportive, non-competitive environment.

Kids Yoga: Yoga Stars (3rd-5th grade) with Taylor Raffle
6 week series begins October 12th//Wednesdays 3:30-4:15pm.  
$60 plus $15 materials/snack fee.Limited to 12 students
A fun and engaging class for kids in third-fifth grade. With fun filled yoga sequences, kids develop strength, coordination and confidence in a supportive, non-competitive environment. Class also includes breathing exercises and teaches relaxation skills.

Pre-registration required.
