Tadasana instructors Amy & Angie come together to teach this workshop on shoulder anatomy,alignment and letting go through the exploration of arm balances. We’ll move through a well rounded asana practice of sun salutations, shoulder openers, hip openers, and core work to prepare for a variety of arm balances. Learn to safely support weight on your wrists, prime the shoulders and balance between strength and serenity for soaring through the more challenging asanas of arm balances.
